Accommodation includes maid service.

When you complete and return this booking form, the lead name accepts the agreements and conditions, subject to the exclusive laws and jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

The final invoice amount must be paid on or before the date shown. If payment is not received, the booking may be treated as cancelled and the deposit retained as a cancellation charge.

Cancellation Charges

More than 8 weeks before arrival: loss of deposit (40%).
Less than 8 weeks before arrival: 100% of total holiday cost.

Terms and Conditions

Who we are: San Stefano Travel is a registered travel company (A.F.M. 046278826) of San Stefanos, Avliotes, Corfu, TK 49081, Greece.

Your travel booking: We deal with the lead name in all subsequent correspondence, including changes, amendments and cancellations. The lead name must be over 18 years old.

Prices: All prices are advertised at the date published, but may change without notice before booking confirmation.

Payments: A 40% deposit is required upon booking unless the booking is within ten weeks of departure, when the full amount is payable. The balance must be paid by the specified date.

Amendments: An amendment fee of €100 applies for each change on a confirmed booking.

Cancellations: Written notice is required. More than 8 weeks before arrival: loss of 40% deposit. Less than 8 weeks before arrival: 100% charge.

Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue arrangements if behaviour is disruptive, threatening or abusive.

Accommodation: Accommodation may only be used by guests named on the booking form or confirmation invoice. Subletting is not permitted. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.

Jurisdiction: Your contract with us is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Corfu, Greece.
