Overview
In their own private grounds, these new and stylish, flower-themed suites offer luxury and comfort right on the seafront of San Stefano beach – you will be sure to have stunning views as the sun sets with the Diapontian Islands in the background. On the ground-floor level, you can choose between our four open plan “Junior Suites” – three of which have large private verandas joined with their own private pools, which open up to the sight and sounds of the sea. The Lavender Suite has its own fitted Jacuzzi on the large patio along with luxurious sun beds. On the first floor level you can choose between the two larger, one bedroom spacious suites, offering you more privacy, as well as exquisite views so you can sit back, relax and watch the world go by.
Margarita’s Suites offer King Size double Beds, open plan kitchen and lounge area equipped with Microwave Oven, cooking stove, TV, DVD & Stereo. W/C’s are equipped with bath and/or shower and fitted hairdryers. All rooms are air-conditioned (free of the usual local charge) and have free internet Wi-Fi access. There is a private safety deposit box in each room for guests to store valuables. Margarita’s Super Market is located just a stone’s throw away from the Suites, and all restaurants, tavernas and pools are a two minute walk away.

Designed for only 2 guests, the Grand Suite offers an idyllic retreat for couples to enjoy. With its 3 balconies, 2 offering uninterrupted sea views, and along with its elegantly furnished open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, and stylish stone-finished bathroom, featuring a large walk-in shower and washing machine – this suite is truly fit for a king.

Crystal Daisy Suite
The Crystal Daisy is a luxurious ground floor room, enjoying a large sea front facing patio, complete with its own private pool and garden chair swing. Made for only 2 guests, the Crystal Daisy is the only suite at Margaritas equipped with both a bath and shower, adorned with elegant black and white decorative tiles, and a large mirror. Sleeping up to 2 guests, the Lavender also features a large walk in shower, with wood-effect tiles, and an impressive stone sink. Suitable for up to 3 guests, the Orange Lilly is suitable for both summer and winter stays, benefitting from a separated living and bedroom. As well as the fully-equipped kitchen, newly-refurbished bathroom, with a modern walk in shower and decorative motif basin, the Orange Lilly also has an additional daybed in the living area, perfect for that 3rd guest or, to suit separate sleeping arrangements. Sun Flower Suite
The Sunflower Suite, located on the first floor, is our largest suite, which enjoys 2 balconies, one with unparalleled views of the beach, and one with a hillside view of the village. Perfect for up to 3 guests, the Sunflower also features a large walk in shower with blue marble tiles, and an impressive blue marble-design basin. Available for summer and winter stays; the suite enjoys a deluxe daybed in the separated living room, and bedroom, providing privacy to your 2nd or 3rd guest. As well as an equipped white wood kitchen, large wicker dining table and useful pull-up work desk, the Sunflower also has a striking window mural that casts a gorgeous warm hue on the living area as the sun pours in.

The Surrounding Area
The Village of Agios Stefanos NW has many amenities, providing visitors and guests with ample choice; from restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets (including Margarita’s Supermarket, which is located just a stone’s throw away from the Suites.), a bakery, visitor and local art shops, a boutique, a laundry, and travel shops. Food standard in the village is very high, and prices vary depending on the dish.
The area is blessed with a long extending sandy beach that expands across the length of the village. The beach is easily accessed by several points in the village, including from Margaritas suites and is lined with many a beach bar, to stop and refresh yourselves throughout the day. If a beach day is what you seek, there are Sun-beds available to hire from most of these places, and in some cases, the cost is redeemable in the pool bars on the day.
Car, quad and scooter hire is available at various locations in the village. For the agile among you, San Stefano has a number of walks to nearby areas to idyllic places, just waiting to be explored.
Booking Conditions
- Cost is based on 2 people sharing, additional guests will be charged €10 per night.
- A 40% deposit is to be paid on confirmation & final balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- Prices do include air conditioning & Wi.Fi
- All rooms are fully equipped for self-catering holidays full kitchen and kitchenettes TV&DVD , safe boxes, iron and Ironing board.
- Daily maid service & regular linen/towel changes. Also sun beds towels provided for all the rooms.
- Upon arrival you will have a free welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk & water.
- Junior Suites sleep 2 people, large upper Suites sleep 2-4 people and Grand suite up to 3 people.
- Check out of the suites is latest 12:00 noon , check in anytime after 14:00
- It is possible to stay in your room longer if next guests are arriving late or if there are no more arrivals for that room. For those with late departures, there are 2 private shower facilities available in our reception area.
- Transfers to & from the airport can be arranged but not included in the daily cost.
