Overview

Villa Elli is situated within the Rose Garden family complex, removed from the noise and set back amongst the olive grove for a truly private experience. San Stefanos centre and the beach is a mere 20 minutes walking distance and although placed in a quiet setting, bars, restaurants and super markets are still very accessible.

This stunning cottage is ideal for couples, however it can host up to 4 people. The outside of the building is something truly spectacular as it has been built with traditional stone masonry craft. A large patio door opens up to a spacious balcony where a family table allows you to enjoy your meals whilst overlooking the olive grove and valley. In the backyard you can relax on the sun loungers; the stone theme remains seamless as a gorgeous stone wall surrounds the back, equipped with a built-in barbeque.

Indoors, the cottage has an open plan design with 2 single beds on the loft and a double bed, spacious bathroom and living area with a fully fitted kitchen downstairs. It has been finished to a high standard, equipped with free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, safe box, ironing board and iron. During your stay, the staff at Rose Garden are ready to cater to your needs, providing you with free laundry facilities and breakfast room service at a small extra cost. You are welcome to use the pool provided for the apartments until the private pool is added to the cottage in 2017.
